Noticed in middle of night that water wasn’t working. Sent messsge to CTech owner Chris West early in the morning. He was on vacation with his family, but had a service tech Darren respond before business even opened. Darren identified the problem and fixed it within a few minutes! Merry Christmas to me!!!! These guys are the best.

Chris answered all my questions and knew the exact system to use that would fix my sulfur-smelling hard water issue. Victor came and did a great installation a few days later. When he installed the sink faucet for the filtered water, it disconnected my garbage disposal. Chris said he would have come out a few days later, but I was able to get someone else to fix it before he was able to. Not a problem in my book, because the very same day of the installation I had soft, great tasting, and not smelly water!
