Noticed in middle of night that water wasn’t working. Sent messsge to CTech owner Chris West early in the morning. He was on vacation with his family, but had a service tech Darren respond before business even opened. Darren identified the problem and fixed it within a few minutes! Merry Christmas to me!!!! These guys are the best.
